Premier Party Rental carries a vast array of products perfect for any special event, but one of our most popular products are our event tents. An event tent brings all the comforts and luxury of an indoor venue to the great outdoors, so you never have to compromise.
In our inventory, we have three different tent options to choose from. There is the elegant and dreamy Sailcloth Tent, the bright and sunny Clearspan Losberger Tent, and the towering Luxury Canvas Tent. Which one is the right choice for your special day? The Sailcloth Tent
This simple beauty will turn your reception into the fairytale wedding of your dreams with its fluttering flags and snowy white peaks. On the interior, you’ll find hand-stained wooden poles that create a lofty ceiling and plenty of room for all your guests. The Sailcloth Tent comes in a variety of sizes, from a cozy 44’ wide, a moderate 51’ wide, and a spacious 59’ wide. The largest width can accommodate up to 350 seated guests.
We personally adore our Sailcloth Tent for its darling flags and old world charms. It looks fantastic in any location, especially nestled in the Colorado mountains, and its price tag won’t ask too much of your wedding budget. The flags along the top of the tent can also be changed to any flag you provide for an even more tailored experience.
Add a few strings of twinkle lights and the glow of candles for a truly magical result when dusk falls!
The Clearspan Losberger Tent
Dream BIG with our Clearspan Losberger Tent! Arguably our most popular option, the Clearspan Losberger Tent promises to never obscure the beauty of your outdoor event with its translucent ceiling panels and sides. You and your guests will be able to enjoy the gentle warmth of the summer sunshine or the starry night sky in this tent.
The Clearspan Losberger Tent originates from a Germany-based company with over 100 years of experience. The “clearspan” in its name refers to the wide open interior that is never obstructed by a single pole or support beam. This means the vast layout within is all yours to design, in any style you desire. Also on the interior are numerous opportunities for hanging up twinkle lights, florals, and decor.
Our favorite thing about the Clearspan Losberger Tent - besides the beautifully clear ceiling - is its versatile sizing options. Our large inventory of the Clearspan Losberger Tent allows us to easily construct an area perfect for literally any event, with options starting from 10’ wide to 100’ wide. Just imagine all the possibilities!
The Luxury Canvas Tent
Lastly, we have our most elegant option: the Luxury Canvas Tent. This tent is a one-of-a-kind option, exclusive to Premier Party Rental. Give you and your guests the feeling of true outdoor comfort with this tent’s flowing white curtains and towering ceilings.
The fabric of the Luxury Canvas Tent is crafted in India from 100% natural cotton, soft to the touch. Similar to the Losberger, you’ll find plenty of space inside to play with your design layout, but this tent also features four interior poles that can be easily decorated with fresh foliage or lighting. Currently, there are two sizing options for this tent - 50’ wide and 100’ wide.
