Straight from the horse’s mouth, here are the top facts and recommendations about working with Premier Party Rental in planning your wedding or event this summer season. From deadlines to trends to team member go-to’s, we hope this list helps make your experience with us even more unique!

If you are a summer wedding couple and/or planner – PLAN AHEAD to get your order started. The summer season quickly fills up and we book out for certain weeks well in advance. Time is of the essence, so plan ahead for your summer wedding and reach out as early in advance as possible.

Follow up to point #1, rentals go quickly. Our specialty items book quickly: Rustic Farm Chairs, Rustic Restroom Trailer, White Ceremony Folding Chairs, Rustic Farm Tables and Cocktail Tables, Sailcloth Tents, labor and more – sometimes it isn’t even about the product availability it is about our labor/schedule availability! Be sure to secure your rentals sooner than later.

There are two people you need to know: Steph and Kayli. These are the team members who you’ll work with on building your event. Both are amazing and will take care of you on all levels, but if you are looking for specific expertise, here’s some helpful insider info: For expertise in table top rentals – anything that has to do with dinnerware, glassware, flatware, bars, or service – Steph is your go-to. She has a background in catering and restaurant management and knows her way around a table. For tents, floors, restrooms, and any large scale production, Kayli is your go-to. Combined, our team makes sure the best care is given to make your event unique and memorable.

We cannot stress this enough, if you don’t have a covered venue, consider a tent! Our mountain location in the Roaring Fork and Aspen Valley is always at the mercy of the weather – rain, snow, or hail – we have seen it all, even in the summer! Tenting your event will be a life saver on event day if the weather isn’t being cooperative. We want to cover you, literally, for every part of your big day.

Schedule a visit to our local showroom! Did you know we have a physical local in the valley where you can interact with our products? We have a showroom in Carbondale where you can come see, play, and sit with our tables, chairs and table top accessories. You can even bring your own flowers and décor to try out as we help you design your tables. Together, we will see what works best to create your dream event.
